Default 03 Rear Diff Noise When Cold

My rear diff makes a slight whine until warmed up. It's not sounding like the gears? I'm thinking brake disc's or seals? Anyone relate? Common I hope!

no it comes from the seals on the rear axle not being lubricated when cold

I felt like and hoped that was it. My shock is not moving when I make it happen.
