Found one for an asking price of 2000, supposedly older guy owned it, (it does look like one did). Plastic is awesome, racks, decent tires, electric start. What do you guys think?

 

According to Kelly Blue Book kbb.com a 1985 TRX250 retail is $1400. Hope this helps

Well guy I have one I would say mine is worth 1400 overhauled topend need cam chain so did the top end and put a clutch in it I'll sell it for that price I'm in Minnesota. Far as the one you are looking at if the plastics good how about the gas tank. Cann't get a new one last time I checked they were 600 for a new one. I would tell him that parts are NA for any of the uncomon parts that you may need so I would say like 1300.
