Wolverine owners manual

Well I am about to attempt to change/replace the front wheel bearings. I just want to make sure I am getting the right parts and how to disassemble/assemble them. Also after reading some other threads on the Wolvy it appears as though the factory bearings are not sealed. How and where do I get sealed bearings? If I am going to have to replace these I might as well do it with sealed bearings.

The bearing number you want to go after is the "6006 2RS" These are identical in size to the factory bearings, but have a seal on each side. They can be purchased from any bearing supplier such as IBT or the like. I believe you can even get them through Dennis Kirk and maybe even Rocky Mountain ATV.
I think you may be mislead on the factory bearings not being sealed. What we are referring to is that the bearing itself does not have seals built into them. The factory choose to put an actual seal (individual part) on each side of the spindle to protect the bearing. With time, these seals fail. That is why we double up and put in a sealed bearing as well as replace the factory seals.
As for the manual, an operator's manual and tool kit can both be found on E-Bay right now. As for a service manual, they tend to pop up from time to time. If you want to spend more, one can always order them from the manufacturer.
Good Luck.

The last time I replaced my wheel bearings I used Pivot Works brand...They were sealed bearings but I took the seal off to see how much grease was in them. I found they had very little of a light grease in them. So I took the time to hand pack each of them with marine (waterproof) grease.
