Default Cheap ATV Wanted for son

I have a 7 year old (who is only 45lbs - very little) who I am looking to buy a 4 wheeler for. I am wanting something inexpensive for his first one. I am in NE oklahoma. Anyone have one for sale - cheap - let me know. Could even possibly be a small repair.

Check eBay for an old Honda TRX 70 I have sold a couple of small dirtbikes on there and everything goes ok just in case you are afraid some of the stuff you hear about eBay.

You can pick up an older Suzuki LT80 for under a $1000. They are excellent quads and have plenty of aftermarket support.
Check out your local trader paper or ebay.

I have a 1995 y-zinger 60 cc 2 stroke 4 wheeler that has been sitting for quite a while. I did have the seat recovered a couple of months ago but that is as far as I have gotten. I would sell cheap if you are interested

I am interested. How tall is it from the top of the seat to the ground? Also, what kind of shape is it in? And price.

The y-zinger is in OK shape plastic is faded but not broken or cracked, I reread my message and I do have a typo in it. The quad is a '85 not '95 sorry. The seat is app. 20 inches high but I can get a good measurement tonight. It is pull start and ran the last time I tried but I'm sure it could use some work. I would take $400 for it the way it is. Thanks

Thanks for all the info guys. However, I ran across a 2001 Eton Impuls TXL 90 - Looks Like New - for $900. I couldn't pass it up. I hope it runs and good as it looks.
