Default stupid question (thumb warmer placement)

depends i guess, some mounted on the back and others are mounted on the front of the throttle. just have to look at the directions. you can try using a big piece of shrink tube to hold it in place better too. i plan on getting one for christmas. let me know how it works out.

Default stupid question (thumb warmer placement)

it's a kimpex, so the the instructions were pretty vague. any1 figure out the little piece of velcro?
i called them and they have know idea what it is for. i guess they only package and distribute the stuff. i mounted it to the back and it gets really hot if you touch the back of the throttle, but it takes forever for the whole throttle to heat up. maybe the velcro is supposed to go in between the element and the shrink tubing to absorb some of the heat. who knows....
