How do you get the bushings out of the swingarm?

I am going to powdercoat my a-arms and swingarm. I got the ball joints out but can't get the bushings out of the swingarm. Is there a trick to getting them out?

Get something long and to put through on one end and the hit it good. make sure you get it on a ledge on the inside. Then move it to each side, don't wack it on the same side each time. Keep moving and hitting.
They will probably break. you WILL need new ones dont reuse yours. You can try freezing it to relax it but thats about it.

I finally got them out. I had to take my sazzall and slowly cut a slice in the bushing. After I did that they just tapped right out.
