I want to add a piston kit 11:1 std. bore Je or Wisco kit

I have a stage 2 hotcam and kibblewhite valve spring on the way


1.will the piston kit be a good one for my raptor along with the accessories below in my signiture, pipe filter jetted ect?

2.how much total hp on average will my raptor have with the stage 2 hotcam and the 11:1?

3.Will i be able to tell a difference with the hotcam stage 2 and the 11:1 piston kit?

 

you would be looking at a noticable difference. that is for sure.

you should have around 55hp if you go with the port and polish.

and the port and polish will definetly help, but i don't figure you have to do it.

 

how much does a port and polish job cost and where can i get it done

you could probably get it done locally for around $300. and you don't have to get your motor ported although it would help out the power output.

 

Hey AustinOneal, here is a video clip a of a Raptor with pretty much the same stuff you are looking at beating a CPI drag piped, 34mm carbs, ported, high comp banshee. This Raptor made low 50 HP with mild porting and low 60's with more agressive porting.

i got mine done locally thru a family member for $250 but id say $350 for the Craycraft is the best overall...

 

how long would it take craycraft to get it back to me

and is there degree's of porting? mild porting to more extreme porting
