Well after a visit to my local Yamaha dealer yesterday I have traded my Blaster in for a brand new Raptor. Black and red, coming with Renthal bars, Knerf bars and kill switch, picking her up Saturday morning - cant wait

Hey Dempsey congrats!!

You'll enjoy the heck out of your new ride. And don't let any of those biased "non-Rapter" owners tell you what a piece the Raptor is. It is not. The Raptor is a very fine ride as I'm sure you already know.

Hey just4kicks , how do you like your stage 2 jets have you had any problems with them. I was looking into getting some jets for my 04 raptor.

I did the jetting, K&N filter and adapter and pipe all at the same time and let me tell you....HUGE difference! I would recommend doing the same. You have to jet the bike once you put the pipe on or you wont burn right. It's best to do it all together.
