a couple questins about weisco pistons...

Well its pertty easy here is what you do....
1. Get a service manual ASAP
2. Remove the plastic and gas tank(anything thats in the way)
3. Remove the head
4.Then the jug
5.Remove the clips holding the wrist pin in place
6. Remove the wrist pin along with the piston
7.determan how much you need to bore the cylinder
8.Take the new piston and jug to a machine shop(to be bored and honed)
9.Clean the cylinder very well you need to get rid of all the left over debris from boring
10. install the piston on the rod(make sure you are putting it on the right way) along with the clips and wrist pin
11. Oil the new piston with regular oil compress the rings slide the jug down over the piston
12. Reassemble
There is more steps to the like clean the gasket serfaces etc, the manual will cover that, If you dont under stand what i have typed i would take it to a dealer to make sure its done right...
