is it coming from the headlights? warrior headlights vibrate like crazy. but go through your manchine and make sure everything is tight.

I had a rattle once that I thought was the exhaust, and it turned out to be a loose motor mount

I have a 2004 warrior that had a horrible rattle in it also. Well after a lot of phone calls and trips back to the dealer they found that the piston was an oddball shape from the factory and the wrist pin was rapping constantly. In the end they had to do a complete rebuild on it. Now it doesn't have that horrible rattle, but it is for sale.
