Default outlander 330 and 400 questions

How much less power does the 330 have compared to the 400. Does it feel like a huge difference and what are the top speeds on them both

Default outlander 330 and 400 questions

I have a 330 and my brother has the 400. When we drag race, we are just about dead even when we start. Then he slowly pulls head. We weigh about the same too. Hardly any difference in the two. Its not worth the extra $500 bucks for the 400 in my opinion. Top speed on mine is 52. His is 55. (level paved road no wind) Have had mine 55+ on just a slight decline.

It may not be the top end speed that is important. It could be the torque that makes the difference on if you get up the hill or through the mud hole. I guess it depends on the type of riding you do. Flat level roads or up the side of a hill. In my opion, the difference in price is worth it. Most of which you will get back on resale over the 330.
