Its not really a worst mod....but I did buy a set of Holeshot MX's and MXR's on Douglas Wheels and only used them one MX race. I started desert racing and they have been sitting in the garage ever since. Anybody interested in buying them??....

To save money, I bought some CHEESY chrome 50 watt light to mount on my handlebars instead of getting the Trail Tech lights. Anyway, they fell apart every ride or the light casing would cut through the insulation, blow a fuse and leave me stranded in the dunes, so I put them in a vise and slowly crushed them. It felt good.

GYTR Carbon Fiber Exhaust. Blew two of them apart (carbon fiber cracked out at mounting screws). Yamaha wouldn't warrant it after the second one broke so two machine shops and my garage later, I have the only stainless steel GYTR. I even put the little GYTR plate back on the side just to say F-U to my dealer who didn't even try to help me out.

The biggest waste of money has been buying my wife a 400 EX she probably has 2 hours on in 3 years of ownership. At least I have a nice guest quad.

Biggest waste of money was the stupid trailtech torch lights...they worked fine for a week but later it would keep blowing fuses and blowing the lamps, then I just sent them back to trailtech and got my HIDs. The HIDs work ok, sometimes one of the lamps goes out, but I just turn them off and turn them on again and it works fine. Weird
