Ok, I made a mistake of asking this question on EXRiders.com and I got retared answers. On my 400EX, theres the intake tube between the airbox and the carburator. In the left side of that tube there is a small plastic canister with a breather tube from the crankcase coming into it and it recycles the air back through the intake. My question is whether this plastic canister is empty or is it foam filled or what. Mine is discolored and I cant tell if theres anything in it or not.

 

It's empty. If you take if off and swish a little gas around in it it will clean right up.
