Default CVT trans tuning advice needed

Is there any sites on the web that give some tuning guidlines for the CVT trans (that someone without a PHD can understand). Things like when Ive got the throttle pinned going up Olds hill and the RPMs seam too low (not in the power band), what do you address first? and how will this change affect the way the trans acts overall?
I'd like to be able to get all I can from the trans as it relates to my motor mods, but I need a better idea of how each component works and how changing them affects the rest of the system.
Thanks, EAB

I don't know of a web site, but there are a couple of companies that can help. Call Rick Ritter or Aaen or HPD. These folks don't mind the calls. THe idea is if one of them helps you and makes you confident you will tend to purchase product, if needed, from them. It's just plain good business. I could only explain it in a way I understand and it may not carry over in the explanation.

Try Heelclicker. I think there is a message board on there.
