Make sure that you're tranny oil doesn't have more than two or three rides on it.

I keep my Raptor clutch adjusted so Neutral is hard to find when the engine is running but just barely possible. You new clutch will wear in some but an aftermarket clutch perch with a quick adjust **** will let you add a little more tension when the clutch is cold and decrease tension when the clutch is hot. If you run your new clutch for a while and Neutral doesn't get any better, tighten the clutch cable just a touch and see if that helps. You still want the cable to have some slack when the clutch lever isn't pulled or you'll burn the clutch. On my Raptor, a dime's width of free play makes Neutral nice and easy, a nickel's width makes Neutral a bit harder to find. I race and don't want to accidentally shift into Neutral so I make it a little harder to find on purpose.
