Billetbanshee hasn't sent me my LED tail light
I orderd it over a week ago and they said it would be shipped within 7 days of payment, I have sent them nemerous emails with no response. Anyone have their number, it is not listed on their website. I'm starting to get pissed here.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

Sometimes bad things can happen, but not to respond to email inquiries is not good. You are probably ok though, afterall, its the holiday season and I can tell you UPS is taking the full length of time to ship. However, if you don't have a tracking number, then it probably hasnt been shipped. Give yourself another week for him to reply and then call your visa company and cancel payment for non delivery.

The transaction was via PayPal, can I cancel the payment to them? They said they would ship within one week and provide a tracking number. I'm ok with UPS taking their time with the holiday season and all but not with Billetbanshee not even getting it out on the truck. Nobody have their number?

If you sent a direct payment (PayPal ID to PayPal ID), then you cant get a refund unless he gives it or unless you purchased buyer protection (not really worth it). If you payed with PayPal and used a Visa or Mastercard, then you can call that company and cancel for non-shipment. Direct payments from PayPal (non-credit card payments) should be done only with someone that has served you well in the past or has a good reputation.
So, your next recourse is to wait a bit and see if they ship it. I wouldnt get too upset until after the holidays. I know that my suppliers are all slowing down and its hard to get shipments in.
