Hey all,

The fuel petcock on my 2000 Trailblazer started dripping pretty badly all of a sudden. Its coming from where the vlave turns in the housing. Local polaris dealer wants 28.00 for the part.

I also lost the battery cover and rubber strap.

can any one help me with these 3 things??? Or even show me to a parts supplier that doesn't charge list + for prices.

That may not be a bad price when shipping is included. You might be able to find a whole replacement tank on E-bay for that price. www.partsland.com This place sells Polaris parts, but they have it for 26.99.

 

fishslab is right about getting a complete tank on ebay.I needed a gas cap and found the whole tank with cap and valve for $10.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I think that I have all three but I will have to check it out tommorrow!

Those parts that you asked about. The fuel petcock will only work in
reserve and I can't find the battery strap so the battery cover is the
only thing that I have!

I have a pitcock off of a 96 400-425 tank if it would work.
