Anybody here get the ALBA spark amplifier? It supposed give like 4 more times the spark increasing power. Is it worth the $240-260 price tag?

I was ordering some parts from Mark at Alba I asked him if they had anything new in bolt-ons for the DS. He said they had a spark amplifier that just came out giving the DS 4x the spark! The price was somewhere between $240-260. I didnt see it on their website either but they do have it, also they came out with a carbon fiber dash for the DS which looks pretty trick!

 

it has been out over a year, not many have it but a couple of raptors around here say they can unplug them and still run, they say it makes a good two quad difference by doing this. so it appears they may help the raptor. some old topics on this is that the ds has two coils and that they might not work as well, on the ds

 

It sounds like there is only one way to find out if this helps any. So who's got a spare $260, right after Christmas?
