Sorry for double post, but I dont know wether to get a Sport or Utility quad. I have trails near my house that become hudge mud pits when it rains or snows(more towards winter), yet are dry and dusty(summer). I want a quad that can get through some mud n water, yet be on the more sporty side. thx

For a good mudder and a awesome sport machine get a scrambler 500 4x4 tops out at 62-65mph it can go through anything with no problem and you will have the speed to keep up with your buddys.. And if you need more power their is tons of performance parts out their like the FST 600kit and hpd makes a kick *** pipe...

Good luck

At your size and weight, you have a lot of options. Unlike many of us, you can get great performance out of the mid-size machines. Maybe think about something like a Yamaha Blaster. Why go bigger than you have to?

lol...250's are terrible, my brother has a 250ex and that pos is so slow n small. I'm 5"5 not 4"5, I'm thinking of just getting a kfx400 or z400, because there isn't hudge mud pits back in these trails, but there are some puddles and mud.

there really isn't alot of mud, just when it rains it becomes a little muddy, my friend has a warrior and rode it back there when it was raining, he didnt get stuck, and another kid had a xr100 n got through it fine.
