Questions for modified Rincon owners.

What kind of modifications have you done to your Rincon? How many miles have you put on your machine since the modifications? What are some serious mods you have planned for the future?
I personally have a K&N Airfilter, DynoJet kit and water wetter added to the cooling system so it stays nice and cool. In the near future I am planning on a performance exhaust (maybe MBRP) and an ignition module. That should be worth about a 5-7hp gain. Eventually I want to do a bigger header, high torque cam, and port & polish job. I have been told that a modified Honda will not hold up very well. They evidently don't hold up as long as the others do when modified. I have zero intentions on mudding my Rincon. I ride trails.
So for all you modified Rincon (or other Honda) owners, do you want to help me out here? Is this true that they don't hold up well with lots of mods?

Hi yellow 650 Rincon, I am going to modify my RED 03 650 Rincon with: K&N filter and overwear, K&N jet kit, and FMF Powerline Exaust (when it comes avalable) This will probably do me just fine, with mabey an ignition moduel in the future. I have a 450s with 13,000 Km.(6,800 Miles) on it with just filter and jet kit and have had NO problems with the motor. It still doesn't even wse oil yet. Previous to that I had a 300 rode it hard, machened it out to a 354, rode it harder. I had 13,000 Km on it when I sold it. It did need a bit of repair due to high milage and VERRY rough usage in Northern Canada. Soooooooooooo, I think it is how you service your machine and how you ride that will tell you if you will break it.
That said, watch out for over reving, as this will tear a machene apart the fastest, hense, the problem to get a ignition moduel upgrade. A few hundred rpm, mabey OK, but much more and look to start to wear things out, so get the specs on the moduel before buying it.
Anyone else with comments, please add your 2 bits worth, I am open ears. TKS. Bushcrasher.

So far I have put a K&N air filter, dynojet jet kit, and a set of Holeshot ATRs on our Rincon. I have ordered the new complete exhaust HMF is going to be releasing next week, and will get that installed when it gets here. After that I am going to see how it does, and if I am happy with the performance boost I will leave it alone. If it does not seem to have enough get up and go after the exhaust mods I will likely go with the 715cc big bore kit and the racing camshaft that HighLifter sells.
I personally have not seen any reliability problems due to mods that are unique to Honda. In other words, I think they hold up just as well as the other ATVs do after they have been modified.

Bushcrasher, the Rincons rev limiter will still be there even after the ignition module upgrade.
Duramax, they were experiencing parts breakage because the module was making too much power on the low end. Highlifter is making an all around ignition module that boost power all the way throughout the RPM range. They have done something with the module that allows big power boosts on the low end without breaking parts. So I am guessing the module will only work after the transmission engages so nothing will break.
