Default bore size

heres the thing dont bore unless you have scoring on your cylinders that cant be honed out. on this air cooled motor you wont gain any horsepower at all you will just overheat. usually the piston manufacturer makes piston sizes in .020, .040, and .060++++ so on. some consider .020 1st over bore then .040 2nd overbore and so on. but dont bore, you want a few more ponies outta the warrior put on a slip on exhaust, change the airfilter, and change the cam. if you wanted to get into the internals get a stock bore high comp piston, oil cooler, port/flow the head and do a 3 way valve job. save your bores for later do not waste and overheat.

Default bore size

bore size goes in this order
.020" over
.040" over
.060" over
.080" over

You really dont see that much of a gain unless you go big. .080" is the max bore for your sleeve, but if you go that big and something happens that damages you sleeve you will have to resleeve your jug.
