Default right side crank case gasket quick Q

after i removed my right hand side crank case cover and scraped off the old gasket, i put a new gasket on. thing is i am having a reeeeeeaally slow oil leak at 1 small portion of the cover. i did not put any gasket sealer on, should i have? also, after putting oil back in the engine do i need to replace the gasket or can i clean off the new one that is on there?

if i do have to replace the gasket seal, are there any other options rather than waiting 1 week for a $13 gasket seal to come in through Honda? thanks guys!

damn $13 for one gasket?!?! i got an entire moose gasket set for $40 thru honda, mine too has a slow, i mean half a drop a day slow leak right in the middle of the right side cover gasket, im gonna pull it off next week and use a very small amount of RTV high temp silicone to seal it, just gonna wipe a little bit all the way around and re install it, i would suggest you do the same.
