pred carbs?

Default pred carbs?

any1 got a differenet carb on their pred... i think i wanna get like a 39 or 42 MM FCR....
the edelbrock doesnt have a choke i heard.. that true?

id rather ask people here... most have great opinions anyway and i wanna hear what others have to say and see what they have tried.

FCR or Lectron. The Edelbrock....well, they make nice gear for cars. Testing to be completed soon. Da big pipe debate will be laid to rest also....and no, it doesn't involve using a Saws-All to "gain power". [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
Sorry to keep digging that one up, it just floors me that people are doing that.

fcr is a good carb I heard but it is hard to tune just right I am in the middle of puting on a 45mm mikuni right know so far I like it just getting the jeting done OH also I am running a 580cc kit head work cdi valve springs etc.

Keihin's are normally a bit more touchy as far as tuning goes, but if you invest the time, the normally iron out. Either, or, on the choices, getting over the pumper spring pressure is the main ordeal. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Hozed, I was just talking to Doug Nicholas and he took me over to his shop and we discussed a lot of new things that he is testing/redesigining, including carbs. I would try giving him a call and see if he could give you some info. He has been working very hard to make the predator stand above and beyond. His goal is to get 100hp out of his.
