I WOULD SAY 180 WITH(LID), AND 175ISH WITHOUT(LID)
What are you running and what is it doing? What is your pilot? What is your needle?

This is my buddies quad and he dont know anything about jetting or anything like that, I do but i have a raptor and he wants to know what to set everything. Im not used to single carb jetting much less a kawasaki 400 so with a little help im sure i can get it done

OOPS. ,my numbers were backwards, bigger without lid. You will need to pullt he carb, change the jets, and run it, see what its doing and go from there. If he/you are not willing to do some tweaking, plan on an afternoon, leave it stock, an improperly jetted and set up quad will not run any better than a properly set up stock quad.
It takes some time to get it right.
