Paint on quads don't last long usually.. If you do paint them use a very high quality paint, Sand it smooth, prime it(let dry) sand again with 400grit paper clean off the dust very well, paint and let it dry in a warm area...

Hope this helps...

Any idea what it would cost to powder coat a-arms yellow? Someday I will inherit my wife's Blazer (yeah, like she would me get a new one). Also would like to get the yellow floorbaords that came on the Scrambler X's. When I get done with it she'll be afraid to ride it.

You can check out the Eastwood companies home powdercoating kit, works great. Or check your local yellow pages for a local professional powdercoater. Tough stuff.

Powder coating isnt that expensive. I had the frame for my Harley and some small parts powdercoated Manhattan Metallic blue for about $150
