03 Raptor 660R Oil capcity?????????

03 Raptor 660R Oil capcity?????????
Changed my Raptors oil...and it took around 2 1/2 quarts where as the manual says 2.....is this right...i did as manual said...Started it and let it cool down and checked oil...Was reading low so..i added untill reading correct.....Thanks guys.

Yep. You are right. 2 1/2 quarts.
The manual is full of sh*t. It always takes 2 1/2 quarts.
You fill up the container, and then you start it and let it return to normal idle, and then you shut it off and give it 5-10minutes. Check it, and fill up until it reads full.
