I have a 93 kodiak with an ignition problem/ first, it wouldnt fire from coil so i checked spark -no spark from plug wire, i borrowed my buddys coil and still no help/i then purchase cdi unit the book says they rarely go bad /mid deer season, I purchase new cdi unit and installed and it worked for 5 days with no problems. On the 6 th day it quit again/no spark. now iam thinking( after checking all connections) the pickup coil is bad/ i checked the stator and it ohmed out to spec but the pick up coil and secondary didnt. can anyone give me any imput on what to do from here? your imput would be greatly appreciated/thanks 3sixty[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]
