Default problems with "01 trailboss 325

I'm working on convincing the wife we need a second 4 wheeler so she and eventually my oldest son could come with me up
north trailriding, but may have to settle for a cheaper used machine for now...found an '01 trailboss 325 at the dealer where I
bought my sp600. He says it has only about 5 hours on it-is like brand new, and he will sell it to me for about $2,000. Is this a good
deal? Have there been any complaints/problems with these??? I know they don't have much power, but thats okey as it would
eventually will be riden by my son also... Or should I save up the cash for an sp 400 or 500??? Dan

That sounds like a great deal IF there is nothing wrong with it.

VERY good deal! With five hours, you can not go wrong, my wife loves hers. It is a very comfortable ride and has plenty of power.

Most 2000-2001(old body style) with average hours are getting $2250 on the low side. I have heard of ASKING prices around $2995 for the most part. That is with average hours!

I was going to sell my 2000 to my boss for 2000.00 and it's been rode hard. Sounds like a great deal. If it's from a dealer, see if he'll give any give of warranty with it. Be careful, if it's anything like mine it has a wood magnet in the bumper. Right now I've got four trees painted on the side of the gas tank.

The trailboss 250 has not been made in years. The 325 is a very relaible quad. NO problems what so ever on the 325 except it is slow but a great trail quad. Seems like 2k is a great deal and your son would love it. Also they can be moded to perform much better.

I had one for 2 years. No trouble at all. Very comforable ride. Great seat for riding double. Go for it.
