but if speed matters, get a V-Force they do pretty good in the mud...but for the real deep stuff, i'd still have to say utility

im not a big kawasaki fan but i like the new ac DVX and the yamaha raptor and on the utility end i think the yamaha bruin is perrty cool but on the DVX, theres not a whole lot of fender protection, on the raptor these frender protection but there sort-of top heavy and the bruin is an all around good one but it's prolly not very fast.

Hi, buy the bruin. I have one and I am sure that it does at least 50mph or a little better. If you are riding in snow or slipprey conditions, ditches, that's fast enough or you will kill yourself. The 4 wheel drive will really help you.I am a snowbird in the winter and in the wamer months I spend about 7 months a year up around the Walker Mn. area. But if you can try different one's out, and then buy the one you like. Your the one that will be riding it. Lot's of luck on your choice.

get the new ac 650...has the irs for the muddin...and it has the same engine as the prarie 650 so it has proven itself time after time. if you are gonna do '"winter driving" a sporty machine will be fine too...I mean we get NO snow what so ever in minnesota ne more
and when we do it warms up to 50 the next week and is all gone
