Default Took scrammy out Now have 2 problems

I took my scrammy out the last 3 times I went riding because of the snow and ice.(predator isn't for the cold)
anyway, I had the time of my life spinning 360s on the ice(no one can believe the things I can do with ice and this quad ) after 2 days of great riding the scrammy showed me she needed a brake.
Frist the carb: it was leaking gas out the overflow tube, this sucks because I have been though this before with the 39pkw kehin.
next was the worst; I was riding it at low speeds, then I couldn't rev it up .it then got worse, after limping back to the truck it would only ideal.I couldn't even make the clutch engage to move the quad. later I took the carb off,the reeds off,and the pipe,Nothing wrong.well after ripping off the flywheel cover I found that the Keyway sheerd(broke) the flywheel wasn't moving as fast as the engine it was spinning on the shaft. That wasn't to much of a problem and i have alot of Keyways to fix it,also it's a good thing i had another flywheel because the inside of te flywheel is all messed up.
After all the work of tring to find what was wrong,I realized How Great of job HPD did with this engine,After 1 year of very hard abuse the rings are still good and the inside of the engine is clean(still see the nubers on the piston)I also think that Bel-ray's H1R 2-stroke oil is the best oil for tis race modded engine.

The Only thng that I have always had a problem with is the floats on that dam 39mm kehin. I must have set that thing a 100 times and it always wrong. It, leaks gas out the overflow tube on the bottom of the carb,or it dosn't have enough gas in it for top speed. this thing has had replacement floats and fuel flow needle. I even have a dail-a-jet on it so i can see wear the gas sits in the carb.I just can get it right though,to much or to litle fuel.
who can tell me the best way to set the floats on this carb? is there a messurement for the floats.
I know that the lines on the carb should be level but, is that holding upside down or side ways? should the float push in the springtip on the needle all the way or should it just touch it?
HOW IS IT DONE!!! THIS CARB IS COSTING ME ALOT IN GAS!(vp 110) HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
