Default How do I Wheelie with ES

I got the ES on my Recon and I'm not sure how exactly to pop a wheelie. The rev limiter doesn't let you shift when the RPMs are to high. Can anyone help?

keep it in first and just try kneeling on your back of your seat and shifting your weight when nailing throttle from dead stop.

if its broken in it should let you get up to 3000rpms without letting you shift. i do it by giving it two short revs in nuetral then upshift to first then i get right back on the gas. the good thing about having the es is that you can shift while its up. i stand on the rear rack when i do it. that way if i start to go to far back i can put my foot down to help keep my balance. now i can ride pretty far like that

stick it in first, get in a ditch or something, like with the front wheels out of the ditch and the back wheels in, where the quad is at an incline, then rock your weight back and forth with your feet on the back rack, and then when your ready, rock back and gas it. It'll scare you at first but you can't tip back because of the rack.

get on a long stretch. start from a dead stop in 1st, be setting pretty far back on the seat then throw it to second and rock back transferring your weight to the back, it will come up and once you get it down, you can start going through other gears

The point of the ES not allowing a shift if the engine is above 3,000 RPMs is to prevent damage to the drivetrain by doing exactly what you are trying to do.
