Default Help me out I am stuck.

I FINALLY got around to the TBR swing arm. I had the A-Arms installed for 3 months now Have not rode in 3 months Anyway, here is my problem. I am installing the carrier in the housing on the SA. I can not for the life of me get that dang C clip that goes on the left side to hold it in and pinch it against the brake mount.
Other then buying a 1 time use expander are there any secrets?

Do you have the carrier out of the stock swing arm?

I am not following you on this, What is SA?

If you do your own bearings (repack in grease) then I would recommend you buying a good set of snap ring pliers. If you ride in mud all the time, these pliers will pay for themselves.

I check my bearings every few rides, so I use mine all the time.

Grady,

When you get that setup installed and working I wanna hear about it after you've rode it for a couple of hours. I'm liking the idea of some goodies and I might look into a +2 swingarm after I get the 46HV installed in the distant future so I wanna hear how well the TBR setup works.

Rule of Modifications #1: Make one mod, and make 2 more to make the first one work.

So you have the stock chain, and when you went from the stock swingarm to the TBR, the chain is now too long? I assume you got the 'stock length' swingarm, right?
