how loud is everybodys 300ex mine is crazy loud!!!!!!!!you can hear it about 1/2 mile away.how loud is everybody elses

 

uh well wtf did u do to your 300ex? what pipe and engine mods do u got on it?

 

thats actually common with some 4 stroke exhausts
my neighbor has a 250x with a DG pipe and I can here him plain as day over 1/3 mile away

the loudest ex I ever heard was a 99 with a Cobra megaphone pipe.......

 

that seems crazy cuz a guy live right down my street with a 300ex and ive never heard it b4, but i guess that his is all stock too that makes a big difference

My DR 350 had an FMF megaphone with no discs or endcap. Can you say LOUD?! I would imagine yours sounds similar... which to me was fine as long as I wasn't in town.

 

My 330Ex is pretty loud, I've got a homemade "Rasper" pipe on it,along with brand new Dino-jets. What is a rasper?.....a rasper is a steel pipe lined with glass to give it an extra loud and deep sound.I sell them for $193.66, but they are worth every penny of it,because they have out-done any white brother's pipes that i have competed with.Anyone iterested in a rasper, just holler.

 

my neibor has a 250x witht he same pipe. but its the one that looks like a missle is gonna come out of it, also u can see the disks. not the normal looking pipe and he must live about a quarter mile away. i can here his quad idleing almost just fine.
