Default Banshee to Honda 450S

I have a 2000 Yamaha Banshee blue/white. It has Bandit tires all around, Toomey T5 pipes, K&N Jet Kit and air filter, and billet accessories. The banshee is in excellant shape. No engine work or damages. Very clean. Any suggestions as to an asking price for this machine. I want to buy a Honda Foreman 450 S (Red / Black).

You could check your quads value at KBB.com or NADA.com. Depending on if you want a new or used quad, you could advertise the Banshee for X amount of dollars or trade for a Foreman.

I like your Foreman. I plan to get the red/black one too. How do you like it? Is there there anything you dont like about it? How fast does it go?

When I was considering the Foreman I really wanted to get another sport quad. After a lot of thought, I decided that a 4x4 utility would be better for where I ride. There are some really rocky sections and larger mud puddles. (Depending which trail I was riding on.) It was just so much easier with a semi-auto without a chain. The 4x4 would also come in handy from time to time. I had to have a switchable 4x4 so I could still do donuts. I also wanted something that had a decent reliability record. I didn't want anything too tall because I find myself trying to drive under fallen trees from time to time. So far, the Foreman has done everything I've expected from it and I do like it. It is going to be a lot slower than your Banshee. The fastest I've had mine is 52mph on hardpack. I was hoping to go faster than my Recon at 47mph. So I gained around 5 mph for almost twice the price. I had a Warrior for the least amount of money and it was the fastest. I haven't had to deal with the front drum brakes but I dread the thought of working on them. I'm considering the High Lifter disc brake kit to buy at a later date. I think I like the Foreman a little more each time I ride it. Especially when I don't spin while riding up the mountain over the snow and ice. If you'd rather something with a higher top speed and disc brakes then you might want to consider the Kodiak 450.
