Default Changing raptor clutch perch, have a question.

I bought an alba applied clutch perch and handle, my question is on the stock set up you have two wire switches 1 is the rev limiter and the other is for the clutch switch, I have already unhooked the rev limiter, but I'm now changing the entire system so I'm not sure what to do with the clutch switch on the perch. Can I just cut it and wire tie the wires together or what should I do?

Thanks for your help.

If you look under the plastic one of those wires has a butt splice. Unhook that one and connect the two ends together. Just disconnect the other one.

Yes but your quad will start in any gear so be careful. I just modified my stock and it looks pretty sweet. It still has the clutch switch and works great.

i also got rid of my clutch switch. it is a pretty nice setup for lamons(sp?) start races. all you have to do is leave the quad in second gear and when you jump on just push the start button and apply the gas and you're gone. don't have to worry about pulling in the clutch. but it can be dangerous, especially to people who don't know that it can start in gear.
