just want to hear others opinions...i like the dvx obviously i own one, and the 400EX...dad owns one...both great machines, dont know a whole lot about Preds though....SHOUT

1.)DVX(love the detachable and interchangable fenders)

Reliability:
1.)EX
2.)DVX(no known problems yet)
3.)Predator(hopefully fixed all the first year bugs)

i love the dvx...i've ridden 400EXs and i like the dvx alot better, its faster and just alot more comfortable. It has got great handling and awesome speed. it might not be as fast as a raptor, but at least i aint gotta worry about tipping all the time...that is the only thing i dont like about the raptor, i noticed it tipped...i think the dvx is an all around great machine and it looks great too...any questions about it, just shout at me

 

speed/quickness/acceleration STOCK FOR STOCK:

i cant say much on looks cuz personally i like pred looks (ya i know im strange arent i hehe)

Reliability i cant say too much, coming from a predator owner, i would have to say 400ex is more reliable then pred, but i have an 04 troy lee edition, and the only problem ive had so far is one of the bolts for the plastic rattled loose, easy fix with some loctite.

i own a dvx to and when i first got it i raced a modified 400ex and i had alot more power as far as the predator it does have a cc advantage but doesn't handle as well
the liquid cooled dohc dvx is better than the air cooled sohc of the 400ex as well but the 400ex has many years under its belt as for reliability
looks i'm biased but i like the dvx

 

pred doesn't handle well??? that's a new one on me....isn't the pred about the best handling quad out there??

 

i rode one before i bought my DVX and i thought it was the worst out of the ones i drove

the pred is heavier 412 lbs
and the suspension sucks

 

not real sure you guys know what driving is then, because I think it handles the best....and the suspension isn't the best, but is pretty good for stock. But you can't argue the power it has.

 

Handling wise the Predator and the Z-400 are top notch. The Z-400 is a bit more nimble but the Polaris has the extra power to make up for it. My bro has a Z and the stock shocks don't even come close to comparing to the Predators.
