I recently found a 1991 250X for sale. It looks really good and the only damage I can see are only a few scratches on the plastic and a slightly bent front bumper. do you think its worth $2500? I was also wondering how many ccs the 250X has, how much it weighs, stuff like that.

I say buy it.It has about the same amount of power as a 300ex.The only thing I don't like about it is the forward kick starter same as on my 250r. www.angelfire.com/me3/fmf86trx250r

I went by and looked at it closer this time and talked to a guy about it. The guy thats selling it for the the dood that owns it says he wants 2500 but will take 2000. So my dad is going to offer him 1700 (which I dont think hell take but anyway...) The guy also said its only had 8 tanks of gas through it and the tires are barely worn. According to the guy I talked to the dood bought it for his kids (he bought 2 of them, the other was a 300EX) and the kids mustve been really lazy because they would ride the 300ex because it had electric start and left the X sitting all the time. Anywayz, I have a pretty good chance of getting it.
