I bet it would fly. I wonder why they used the the 300 EX intead of the 400 EX...make a hell of a sleeper quad though

 

Think of how light it would be. that is a good question though, I have seen someone put an XR650 engine in a 400ex but thats not very rare. BTW, whats a sleeper quad? im sure i know what your talking about, just put differently.

A sleeper quad is when you build a quad that dosent really look fast. But is real fast. Not to many people are going to think a 300ex is going to be fast lol.

SO take a shee for example. You could re sleeve it with a bigger one. Get some new pipes that are black or soemthing. Get some carbs. Port the sh*t out of it. Do all the internal stuff you can. then you would get plastic that had cracks in it and a riped seat and make the quad all dirty and stuff. But when they guy races you his mouth with drop because he wouldnt be expecting it.

 

Hey 2Fast4U400ex, where did you get that speedo and dash stuff for your quad...also how much $$$...that might be kinda cool to have...Also the flame job looks great..did that yourself, ur quite the artist...

Hey thanks, yes i did it myself. My 6 hours of work on it payed off. I cant remember where I bought the speedo. I payed way too much for it. about $90.00 but if a good place to buy one would be www.rockymountainatv.com they have great prices and lots of parts including the Trail Tech speedometer. But it comes in a kit with everything you need.
