The day started out bad, first off my truck needs new tires and it sucks in the snow.. While loading my quad the ramp slipped and the quad nearly fell on its side... After i finally got it loaded i headed out to a friends house we were going to ride on a very large lake... It goes good till i wanted to do some donuts i had the 4wd drive on for about an hour i was doing some high speed runs.. Well i go to turn off the 4wd and it seems like its off, i start to spin and out of no were the 4wd kicks in with a big jerking action.. I drove around in reverse for a while hoping that would fix it, yeah right! It does it again (by this time i am very pissed) i know that something is going to brake if it keeps doing this... Finally it stopped kicking on for NO reason.. All goes fine. Then i am waiting on a few friends to catch up, i am setting on the trail.. Now get this, this is a straight trail no bends you can see from end to end.. My bud comes riding down the damn trail at the last minute he sees that i am sitting slams on the brakes and cant stop hits my quad!!! Smashed my HPD pipe I mean it was messed up pretty bad... Just as i was going to lose my cool i noticed his brand new plastic got cracked so i guess he go his punishment!!

My pipe is ok now nothing a little TLC cant fix...

Over all the day was fun but it could have been better without the mishaps...

yup, same happened to me about a year ago when my cousin ran into me....and i thought they made the brake lights so people see you and dont hit you.

BTW, Really my pipe was just dented and it sheard the rivets off.. Man that thing was loud on the way back to his house...

But like i said its ok now, I heated it up got the dents out a little tweeking new rivets and its good as new.....

 

ok, I'll admit it, Im the guy that ran into trailrider500, i was an awful day, first of all, a big a$$ stick got lodged into te side wall of my almost new front tire, rendering it useless, I had to ride around on a fat for 2 hours but the day wasnt really that bad until we had the trail colision mishap, i couldnt believe it!!!! my brand new plastic and graphics!!! but nothing a few zip ties couldnt fix, looks like **** though.

 

when me and my buddies ride in the trails we ride quite close at times.. a few feet away going pretty dam fast.. we have never had an accident but i always think that we might.. but we still do it.. i dont really know why.. adds to the fun i guess.
