Check out my 03 Trail Boss Pics
Just placed my Pics on my page.
The Boss has a near basic RCR Stage One Kit that includes the White Brothers E-Series Exhaust, 145 Main Jet, K&N with Outer Wear, vented air box, EPI Red Primary Spring. All but the main jet and filter came from RCR. I'm sure Rick can provide these too.
I have the Pro-Armor Swing Arm Guard. Not happy with it in the snow because it acts like a Toboggan, thus keeping the rear wheels from locking up. I'll be taking this off for the snow time and placing it back on in the Spring. I'll use chains in the snow when needed.
The front rack was removed. I made flanges for the rack so it may be reinstalled back on the bumper. I can remove the fabricated grab bars that fasten the bumper to the posts on top, then just bolt the rack back on when desired.
Rick at RCR is checking into this 03 model to see if his 414cc Kit will work in it (sleeved cylinder with the Wiseco Piston). I'd like to port the head too.

nice now all u gotta do is go get it dirty. how did u get all those places to put pics? im gonna need more im runnin outa room.

tbsleeper, Just washed it for the Photo Shoot. Your pic's look good too. You did many good things to that machine. I don't know how I got that many frames to post pic's? It just opened up that way.
Mudmaster, Just the EPI Red Primary Spring - no Clutch Kit. It does sound sweet, and it includes the Forest Service Approved spark arrester too. Got the Slip On E-Series Pipe from RCR. He modifies the pipe from White Brothers to fit this machine.
