Predator with Kenda Klaws XC
#1
I just got the Kenda's mounted this weekend and noticed they are about 1 inch taller than the stock Maxxis. I have the 38 rear sprocket. With the taller tires do I need to go to the 39 rear to be where I was in gearing. Hope the Kenda's are the way to go!

Hozed I have 18s on my raptor and look alright. They are really 17.5 inches tall. Have not got to try them out yet but I hear great things about them. Can't bet their prices and I'm sure they're better than stock. The mxr's come in 8 and 9" only.

Just get the 20's, you won't notice a difference...there won't be a power change, no regearing necessary...they worked awesome with stock pipe and 38...and if you have a slip-on...you definately won't notice...except for the fact you will finally hook up!!

I'm not sure how much difference there is in weight between the 18 and the 20, but it is a rotating mass and the 20s are going to be heavier, the less wheel and tire weight you have the more power you will have!!!
