I have a ct pipe , I like'd it but its hot .
I start the bike and maybe 1 minute after turn it of and i can burn black mark on a piece of wood .
I don't know if its normal.
I live in Québec (canada) and i dont know the elevation but i'm jetted 170/175
In my garage if I wind the throttle a couples time and check my spark plug its all black I know its too rich
but outside its the winter and about -10 to -15 degre celcius

Just sitting there revving it wont give you an accurate plug check. You need to be riding in 3rd or 4th gear then completely shut it off and coast into your garage or where ever and then check the plug. Jetting really shouldn't affect the temperature of the pipe.

actually, jetting can affect the temperature of your pipe midly...if you are running to lean, the engine runs hotter, making the exhaust hotter, correct me if im wrong, and do you have any other engine mods?

I dont have any other engine mod
If you all think its ok than fine i'll leave it as it is.
But for the jetting procedure i read some instruction of how to do it on the internet, but its freezing out here so i'll let it run a little rich until the spring.
Thanks
