Default Raptor Jetting question

I got a white brothers pipe and a k&n air filter and the guy at the yamaha shop told me to put a 147.5 in one jet and put the 145 in the other. I did that and it doesnt run right when i gas it all the way it just acts like its missing or doesn't go, like its outta gas or something but its not. Do you have to change anything else in the carbs like the needles?

Did you trim the flaps out of the air box snorkle or any other mods? 150L 155R should be better.

Oooh, you need to be at least where I mentioned or even 160/165 and about 3 turns out on the idle mixture screws. 25 pilot jets wouldn't hurt either but are not a must.

I would leave the needles for now. The mix screws are in front of the bowl on the engine side right in the middle, they sit up in a hole.
