HERE IT IS AGIAN TRX VS YFZ THE BETTER BUY

Depends on your situation.. Both are excellent examples of modern 4 strokes.
If you plan on keeping it a while, you may want to consider replacement parts pricing - Here the 450R is the clear winner, parts price differences are absolutely huge.
With the difference in parts pricing & compatability with my collection of wheels and other parts - the Honda was the clear choice for me.

trx is about 7 grand out the door here, the yfz is about 76-7700 out the door...
trx-bad looks w/ the removable fenders in front(not that it really matters) and a great trail/dune bike, i have seen them beat a stock yfz450...BUT....
yfz450-badder looks, lower seat height which contributes to the better handling, it is much, much, much more funner to ride, stock it is much louder than the trx but who keeps them THAT stock...much more potential power when modified which means that with a simple pipe and jetting kit it will boost the already greater hp far more than the trx's will...the weekend after i saw the 2 stock bikes drag(in snow, both running geckos) they had both purchased alien dmc pipe kits and jetting and the yfz took the trx by at least 5 bike lengths in the 300 ft drag and about 7 in the 600 ft drag

JMO = Just my opinion
On the topic, I don't think you will go wrong with either atv. What I or the next guy recommend may be good for your preferences and BAD. 99% of YFZ owners will encourage you too get a YFZ and the same percentage of 450r owners will do the same. Unfortunately this is the way it is. If you could ride them both that would be a great help in your decision.
