O.K. guys. I know you have seen posts like this a million time s over and I apologize for adding another one. But I will anyways.

Stage 2
1mm oversized intake valves
hogged and honed head
HMF full system w/ baffle & sparky
sixsixt intake with dual K&N w/ outerwares.
Oh yeah, I am at sea level.

What the h*ck should I use for main jets, pilot jets, needle position and how many turns out on the air/fuel screw?????
I currently have 180/185 mains, the pilots that come in the GYTR jet kit and the air/fuel screw are 3 turns out with the needle on the 3rd clip. It is a B!tch to start. I need to turn the idle screw all the way out before it fires.

please help, I am getting tired of puling the carbs off this thing. What do you guys suggest?

I would sasy 190/195main jets and a 25 pilot that came in the gyt-r kit, needle on the third clip and the fuel mix screws out to (L2 1/2 turns out) R just a ittl under 3 turns out....

Might want to consider a duel feed to get the fuel to those carbs, you will laugh at the fuel petcock that comes stock compared to the pingel duel i bought from craycraft..
I ride at sea level to 4,000 feeet and that jetting works for me,and keep the octane at about 105 (VP RED)

and if it doesent start right away it is your valves, check those out cause that leads to hard starting when they are tight..

if the bike dont start on the first push of the start button time for adjusting to keep it running top ****..

I would check the valves. Look at your plug and check if your running lean or not and make adjustmenst if necessary.

Yeah, the hard starting began when I put everything back together with the mods I have listed in my sig.

When I get it running this thing rips! I just wish I could get ir\t running everytime.

I wish it was as simple as the valves. I've checked them twice and they are perfect.
