Default FMF Gold series pipes HELP

What kind of pipes are the FMF Gold Series. I thought that there were Gold Series Fatties, Gnarlies, and SST's, but I have never saw just regular Gold Series pipes. I found a set on ebay and need to know what kind of pipe they are like(fatty, gnarly, or sst). If these pipes came off an 87 will they fit on a 99?

They are the old school 2stroke pipes from FMF. Back before the "Gnarly", "Rev", "SST", etc. there was just the "Gold Series" pipes. You could usually get them in a plated, or bare metal finish. They're good pipes, just an older(say pre-96) style of pipe.

Correct....the old fmf pipes where just "gold series" ...they came in two flavors: Woods and top end. I had the "woods" model and did not think it affected the top end at all.

I would still be running those pipes if time(and rust) did not eat holes them. I had them on my banshee for about 6 years of trouble free use.
