I have read these tires have great traction in sand and mud. Anyone know how tough they are? Can you ride them everyday? Or are they ony for dunes? I ride mostly in sand and some gravel roads. Whaddya think?

Some people use them on dirt aswell for drag racing. They probably could handle the gravel but not for everyday use.

They work great for ice racing, my bro ran them on his 3-wheeler. All the way around, took 1st in every race it was in. Even beats the 4-wheel drives models easly. Just thought I would throw that info in.

I think you could run them all the time, if the pocket book will let you. It's only $$$$

They are too soft to run all the time. Thats why they do so well in ice and snow. They claim even in very cold conditions they dont get hard. Gravel will wear them out. I use them to dirt drag race and in sand but at the dunes they are not as good as a good set of Haulers. Nothing better in drags in my opinion.

I'll testify to their proficiency in the snow. We had about 8-9 inches of fresh powder a few weeks back and I went for a ride with a buddy on a Rubicon and there weren't that many places he could go that I couldn't. And yes, they remain as pliable in 25 degree weather as 70. I would definitely not use them on anything except winter conditions or dirt drags, they are simply not sturdy enough of a tire.
