i really like the predator... i need something to go drag racing with and still be trail orientated FOR THE RIDE HOME... i go to mx tracks around here with my cuzins.. they drive a raptor and banshee. i like the raptor for power but nothin else.. i like the banshee for the speed but not some much for handling and suspension

i'm not going to get into a "hair-across-your-***" debate between the different models.

but i can tell you that the Predator is ONE FINE, WELL BUILT ATV!

i am really enjoying mine so far......

I'll put it this way.......... I sold my raptor for the Predator, and haven't missed the raptor one bit. I share your opinion of the raptor. Great for straight line fun, but not good for much else.

 

ive ridden my pred for about 45 min, its so fun to do donuts and it lifts the front tires off fairly ez but not to ez. you want all four on the ground if u racing. but i dream about the stupid thing wanting to ride it more but teh snow is so deep that im limited to where i can ride. u will like the pred.

the predator is a great MX machine but for the trails it is decent, It is a little on the wideside for trails, It is a decent drag bike,

 

More race ready than the others.
More bang for your buck.
Best warranty.

Let me put it this way,

The Raptor has more low end torque, can be built up pretty big..

Down sides the raptor is top heavy, how can i put this so i don't get killed??? Ok they both have there share of problems, But polaris has fixed them and stands behind their bikes 100% unlike we know who...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

I like yamaha heck i own one, but in this case go with the predator.. Thats my non bias opinion cause i own bikes from both brands...

 

so if i put a 13t sprock on it adn do something else will it be a close call on the raptor or not?
