Hello All,

I need to clean the filter on my Rancher and wondering what type of Cleaner and Oil is the best to use on my filter. I have done this once before using PJ1 but it was more "Wet" than "Tacky".

Any ideas???

Thanks,

Chris Underwood

I've used Maxima filter oil for years. I use their filter cleaner also. It's water soluble & rinses out in the kitchen sink with no residue.

I use uni filter oil and cleaner. It works great.I am going to get a k&N filter soon though.I took my uni off and felt in the air intake boot and there was so real fine dirt in there. My freind also had this prob with uni so he went to k&n and has had no probs.I only race mx on my 250r so water dust is not a prob.
