I've been itching to drive my new quad here for 4 days now. Today after work i tried to cross the front yard (3 feet of snow) and well...................sunk haha. Tied the girlfriends 400 to it to pull it out. Now i've got one hour on it and it hasn't left the driveway LOL

SliffStar, I don't think there is a front diff-lock on RenegadeRider's two drive Kfx700 V-Force? And a winch is fun to have in the snow. I have help others and myself countless times to get out of snow-stucks without breaking our backs because we also have more than 4 to 5 feet of snow in some areas. Lucky, Like I told you before RenegadeRider that we have snow- compactor machines to open trails because ATVing would be impossible here in the winter.

LittleBoy I don't think RR has a V force but rather a KVF700 which is the Canadian version of the Prairie which does have a front diff lock

You won't go far with the factory tires in 3' of snow, diff lock or not!

Well Pal Canadian Rider, I've got stuck too this week, 3 feet of snow in freaking eastern Canada in one day. So far over 6 feet and snow bank are so high that we need to follow the trail or else do like stupid of me and try to pick a short cut to the highway and get stuck. Was so stuck that had to get pulled by 3/4 ton dodge Ram. Right 5 feet more but I would had get throught. Guess I went to hard on belt causing belt light to flash.
If you look At my pictures there's one of the last snow storm we had on Valentine day leaving 3 feet of snow on the ground. No atving for 4-5 days until groomers were on the trail...

sound's like you should have bought a bike with independant rear suspension!! just kidding. I'll still go riding with you and pull you out when you get stuck, that's what friends are for, right.

My Father was home riding the prarie and got stuck in a hole. He hit the 4wd and it didnt engage. Put it in reverse, and it kicked in and he backed out. Any reason this might have happened? He was stopped and in gear.
